Messaging app Signal is also going to bring story feature. Signal has now released the story feature as a beta.

Signal’s story feature will be visible for 24 hours like other social networks, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube. Users can share photos, videos and text in stories.

Signal’s stories will be protected by end-to-end encryption. This feature has also been implemented in signal chats.

You can also control who you want to share the story with or not. Signal will also allow sharing stories with ‘close friends’.

Others can view, react and reply to the stories you share. Story features like other platforms will not be mandatory. If you don’t like the story feature, you can turn it off by going to the settings.

Signal’s story feature, which is available as a beta, is currently only available to limited users. It will take some time for all users to use this feature.
