Citizens Bank International has introduced the facility to open an online account through the Citizen app. The bank has added this facility on the occasion of its 15th anniversary. The bank is celebrating its anniversary on April 22.

To open an account through the Citizen app, customers have to go to the bank’s website and choose the online account opening service through the Citizen app. Then you have to scan the QR code seen on the screen from the citizen app.

After completing the process, the personal details in the app will be filled in the online form itself and the customers will be able to open an online account easily by filling in the remaining details.
