The Twitter Circles feature is about to roll out for some users. This feature is similar to Instagram’s closed friend feature.

It allows users to send tweets only to specific users. Update the Twitter app or visit Twitter through a web browser to see if you’ve got the Twitter Circles feature.

After starting to compose a tweet, we can see a dropdown menu that says Everyone above. From here, users can be added or removed after selecting the feature of the veter circle and pressing edit. Up to 150 people can be added to the circle.
