Snapchat will allow you to change your username from February 23. It will be available on all iOS and Android devices from February 23.

It is now possible to switch to a new user handle without opening a new account. Because of this, your friend list, memories, snap streaks will not be lost.

Go to your profile, open settings and tap on username to set a new username. Snapchat has introduced this feature as people may want to change their name with age.
